Where do you do the work?
Wherever your car is parked: your driveway, the street in front of your home, or your workplace lot. We just need a safe, reasonably level spot with room to work around the vehicle, and permission from the property owner if it isn’t yours.
How does the $125 diagnostic fee work?
The $125 covers up to one hour of diagnosis for one concern, including scanning fault codes, testing, and a road test if needed. If you have more than one issue, each concern is diagnosed separately. Once we find the cause, we’ll give you a quote for the repair before any work begins.
Do you work on hybrids and electric vehicles?
Yes. We’re equipped for gas, hybrid, and electric vehicles, including fault code reading and diagnostics.
What can’t be done on site?
Most maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work can be done on site. Jobs that need a vehicle lift or specialty shop equipment, such as transmission rebuilds or major engine work, may need a shop. If that’s the case, we’ll tell you up front.
How do pre-purchase inspections work with a private seller?
Book the inspection with the seller’s address and a time that works for them. We’ll meet at the vehicle, perform a multipoint check, and share what we find so you can negotiate or walk away with confidence.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and popular mobile payment apps. Ask when you book if you have a specific preference.
